Portugal Edge Georgia to Seal Qualification

Cristiano Ronaldo scored a late winner as Portugal beat Georgia 2-1 on Wednesday, becoming the third nation to qualify for the knockout stages of the European Championship.
The win means Fernando Santos' side have won both of their Group F matches and cannot be caught by their opponents in the remaining games. Georgia had taken the lead through Khvicha Kvaratskhelia early in the second half, but goals from Goncalo Ramos (11') and Ronaldo (75') turned the match in Portugal's favour.
Portugal are considered one of the favourites for the title and their qualification is a major boost to their chances of going all the way.
